I’m a product designer with over five years of experience delivering thoughtful, scalable design solutions across complex B2B SaaS products. My expertise lies in end-to-end product design—from uncovering user needs through research, shaping product strategy, mapping journeys and flows, to crafting polished UI and collaborating closely with developers for high-quality implementation. I’m especially drawn to solving messy, system-level challenges that require both big-picture thinking and attention to detail.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across industries including pet care, property services, and logistics—each giving me a deeper appreciation for the intersection of business operations and user experience. At MoeGo, I helped launch a new business vertical (Boarding & Daycare) from 0 to 1 and led the redesign of our core scheduling system used by thousands of grooming businesses.
